The beginning of my football career started here: playing grassroots and county football. I developed and went on to having trials with Everton, Birmingham City, Leicester City and West Bromwich Albion. After these trials I went on to sign my first contract with Coventry City where I played alongside current Premiership and League Two players - Leicester City's James Maddison, Southampton's Che Adams and Newport county's Courtney Baker-Richardson.
After I stopped playing I searched for a career that kept me well connected to the game. I consequently found my niche coaching and facilitating the development of players.
I established JS Academy, a Football Academy focussed on crafting the perfect environment for aspirational young players to accelerate their skills, knowledge and performance with focus on providing a route into professional clubs.
After a number of years building JS Academy and working with young players, I found an increased appetite for what is now JS ELITE LEVEL, a brand focussed on supporting elite professionals.
JS ELITE LEVEL understands the high demands players in the modern game have pressed upon them. This can range from; winning trophies, working for a new contract, fighting to be in the starting line up, adjusting to a new manager or coming back from injury. With demands from your club, we understand that there isn't sufficient time to meet your additional needs and help you develop further. ELITE LEVEL thrives seeing players striving for more, wanting to be the best and in constant search for perfection. This challenges us physically and educationally.
ELITE LEVEL is like a 24hr clock: always on the go, always trying to improve allows us to support the person in front of us. This may be in the form of technical ball work throughout the season, adjusting body positions to utilise space, re-building fitness after injury, maintaining positive mindsets or designing a detailed off-season programme in preparation for preseason. Performance is key! Whether that be physically or mentally, we listen. Together we learn and then we perform THE ELITE WAY.
We stay within our guidelines and are aware of the data your Club holds. We understand and acknowledge that information. JS provides support to help you build and maximise in-game performances, whilst respecting your parenting club.
